1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ji55 ("ji55," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ji55.net ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ji55 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ji55 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ji55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ji55 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ji55, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ji55 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

ji55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ji55 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ji55 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ji55 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ji55 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ji55 support immediately via live chat at [email protected].

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ji55 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents upon request. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ji55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in PHP. ji55 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ji55 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. ji55 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account cashier.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. ji55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account not belonging to the registered player will result in the withdrawal being declined and may trigger an account review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ji55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• ji55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• ji55 reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies for any particular promotion.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ji55 Platform — including Color Game, Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, Sabong, Bingo, Keno, and Hi-Lo — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

ji55 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game variant.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ji55 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. ji55 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji55 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that violates applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or using any third party's account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.

ji55 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

ji55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ji55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of ji55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ji55 Platform without the prior written consent of ji55.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ji55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ji55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ji55 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ji55 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform.

11. Termination

ji55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting ji55 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments

ji55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
